Fermentative Oat Health Properties

Production Method:
Since the bran is the outermost layer and in contact with the soil, before performing any processes, tests such as residual pesticides, heavy metals and aflatoxins are carried out on the incoming samples; and after receiving the health certificate by the quality control specialists of the knowledge-based Parsian Iranian enzyme Co., they are allowed to enter the production hall; then, using the special starters, the biological and natural process of fermentation is conducted in the advanced fermenters under the supervision by experienced specialists. In the next step, the fermentative bran, which has received a special flavor, becomes a very soft powder and is available to our compatriots after being packed in healthy and sterilized packages.
